We are a blended family with a huge heart, sharing a life filled with love, adventure, and purpose. Together, we have five wonderful children from Guatemala, China, Taiwan and the United States.

Paul is a licensed and insured general contractor specializing in residential remodeling and roofing. His mission is to build a company known for excellent customer service and quality craftsmanship.

Erika is the organizational backbone of Hardison Homes, bringing years of experience from managing multiple successful businesses to her work alongside Paul. She oversees the administrative and operational details, ensuring that every part of the business runs smoothly. Outside of Hardison Homes, Erika is also a dedicated relationship and parenting coach, passionate about helping women and families create meaningful, lasting connections. Currently writing a book on secure parenting, she brings her expertise to families everywhere, combining her skills in business and her dedication to strengthening relationships.

Aidan is known for his exceptional problem-solving skills and his ability to tackle any challenge. He is incredibly smart, loving, and kind, and his fierce hugs are well-known among family and friends. Aidan's dedication and expertise make him an invaluable member of the team, and he is always ready to lend a helping hand.

When we're not working, you can find us playing in the pool, kayaking, hiking, exploring new restaurants, or lending a helping hand to those in need. Our family values connection, adventure, and making a positive impact in the world.
